Refund Policy of MiPOS
This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to purchases made from www.mipos.net.au.

1.1. We offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, as outlined in this Refund Policy.
1.2. The benefits under this Policy are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
1.3. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. -
Australian Consumer Law
2.1. Under Australian Consumer Law:
- We provide refunds, repairs, and replacements in line with its regulations.
- The law includes Consumer Guarantees to protect you when purchasing products and services.
2.2. We cannot limit or exclude these guarantees. If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the law prevails.

2.4. If a product or service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. Major failure includes:- A refund for an unused service or compensation for its reduced value.
- The option of a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
2.5. For minor failures, we will offer repair or replacement. If not possible, you may cancel the service or receive a refund for the goods.
2.6. If the failure is not major, we will offer repair or replacement.

Cancellation and Change of Mind
3.1. If you change your mind, we may offer a refund or exchange if:- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Services have not been performed.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and returned with the original receipt and a completed return form.
3.2. Restocking Fee: $50 AUD restocking fee applies to all returned orders, covering administrative and handling costs. - Wrong Orders: If we made an error, contact us right away. If the error is due to your order, the restocking fee still applies.
- Damaged Packaging Seals: Products with damaged seals may still be returned, but a restocking fee applies.
- Used Products: Used products are not eligible for return unless there’s a warranty issue.

Hard Drives: No returns on hard drives unless there is a confirmed defect.

Products Damaged During Delivery
4.1. If your product is damaged during delivery, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Exceptions
5.1. We may refuse a repair, replacement, or refund if:- The product was misused.
- You were aware of the issue before purchase.
- You requested customizations against our advice.
- Any other exceptions under Australian Consumer Law apply.

Shipping Costs for Returns
6.1. If a product fails to meet Consumer Guarantees, we will cover return shipping costs.
6.2. If the product is easily returned, you are responsible for organizing the return, but we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs if eligible.
6.3. For large or difficult returns, we will arrange and cover the shipping. If the product is ineligible for a refund or replacement, you will be responsible for the shipping.
6.4. If we arrange and cover inspection or shipping costs, and the product is found to be ineligible for a refund or replacement, you will be responsible for those costs. -
Response Time
7.1. We aim to process refund, repair, or replacement requests within 3 days of receiving them. This may vary depending on the product. -

8.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or account used for the purchase.
8.3. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds, repairs, or replacements.
8.4. You may be asked for government-issued identification for refunds, repairs, or replacements. -
